Marie Zaharia

BIO

Elizabeth Schrauth

Elizabeth Schrauth graduated from Iowa Central Community College dental assisting program in 1982. Her first 21 years of employment were working the front desk for Dr. Don Cassady and Dr. Nick Drzycimski. In 2003, Liz joined Fort Dodge Oral Surgery and is now one of our office managers. Besides her administrative duties, her main focus is our patients’ insurance. Liz lives in rural Fort Dodge with her husband Steve. Between the two of them, they have five children and ten grandchildren.

Jesse Scherff

Jesse Scherff is an office assistant/transcriptionist. She has been employed with Fort Dodge Oral Surgery since May 2013, where her specialties include transcription and insurance. She resides in Fort Dodge with her husband, Corey, and their daughter, Aubriella. Her son, Lakota, recently graduated from the University of Iowa after 4 years in the Marine Corps. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, reading, painting, DIY projects, and napping.

Rachael Schaa

Rachael Schaa has been a registered dental assistant for 27 years and certified in dental anesthesia for 7 years. She is married with two grown children and a grandson.

Kelly Monson

Kelly Monson has been an oral surgery dental assistant for over 30 years, and has been employed with Fort Dodge Oral Surgery since 2016, working in our Carroll location. She lives in Atlantic with her husband Cy and they have two grown daughters. In her spare time, Kelly likes to travel.

Val McSherry

Val McSherry has been a nurse since 2013 and has been employed with Fort Dodge Oral Surgery since 2021. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, vacationing in Mexico, and shopping.

Rose Lloyd

Rose Lloyd is a registered nurse. She is married and has two grown sons and one granddaughter.

Gracey Lewendowski

Gracey Lewandowski is our office assistant and translator. Gracey and her husband, Nick, live in Fort Dodge and together they are blessed with two boys, Kai and Lincoln. They also have one dog, Jersey. While at work, she loves checking in and talking to patients, joking with her office gals, and learning new things about oral surgery. Gracey likes to spend her free time cheering on the Minnesota Vikings and the Twins with her husband, trying to keep up with the boys, hiking with her pup, and spending time with family.
Gracey is fluent in Spanish and English.

Tomajean Larson

Tomajean Larson has been a dental assistant for 40 years and has worked at Fort Dodge Oral Surgery since 2003. She is our Implant Coordinator. The things she likes most about her job is communicating with patients and the referring dental offices, as well as she enjoys seeing how implant-supported crowns, bridges, and dentures improve our patients’ smiles. Outside of work, Tomajean enjoys exercising, bike riding, snowmobiling, and traveling with her husband, Jim. They have one cat names Indi.

Tessa Lane

Tessa Lane has been with Fort Dodge Oral Surgery since 2019. She has been a nurse for 9 years with a background in med-surg. Tessa resides in Fort Dodge with her husband, Tyler, and her three boys, Cash, Holt, and Ridge. When she is not working, she enjoys girls’ trips and thrifting, as well as trying to hang on to time and sanity as her boys are growing quickly.

Kait Helton

Kait Helton is a dental assistant and has been employed with Fort Dodge Oral Surgery since July 2019. She has been a dental assistant reading since 2017. Kait resides in Fort Dodge with her husband, Chris, and her daughter, Emilie. She enjoys, working out at CrossFit Fort Dodge, and watching movies.

Anya Hamilton

Anya Hamilton is an office assistant at Fort Dodge Oral Surgery. She recently graduated from the University of Northern Iowa. Her hobbies include reading, writing, and spending time with her cats.

Rhea Freund

Rhea Freund has been an oral surgery assistant for 31 years and has been employed with Fort Dodge Oral Surgery since 2016. She lives in the Atlantic area and has five adult children and three grandchildren. Rhea enjoys being outside and gardening, and it would not be unusual to find her sporting Cyclone attire – Go State!

Renee Anliker

Renee Anliker has enjoyed working in the office at Fort Dodge Oral Surgery for the past 14 years, the last 7 years serving as office manager. She lives in Renwick with her husband Dan and they have two grown children, Megan, who resides in Colorado Springs, and Cain along with his wife Alexa, who reside in Fort Collins. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling to see family, and spending time with family and friends.

Chriss Crooks-Rocha

Chrisstine Crooks-Rocha has been a nurse for 24 short years. She has been with Fort Dodge Oral Surgery since May 2008. Chriss is married to Carlos Sr., and together they have two children, Carlos Jr., age 27, and Santana, age 23. They also have two grandsons, Kru and Damien, who are both 1 years old, and two bonus granddaughters Violet, age 5, and Zaelah, age 2. Her hobbies include reading, buying shoes, shopping on Amazon, and hanging out with her family.

Tiffany Carlson

Tiffany Carlson, RN, is our Nurse Manager. She has been a nurse for 36 years and employed at Fort Dodge Oral Surgery since 2004. She resides in Fort Dodge with her husband, Rick. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Iowa State Cyclones.

Cindy Hilpipre

Cindy Hilpipre is a registered nurse who enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

Autumn Johanson

Autumn Johanson is an office assistant and has been with Fort Dodge Oral Surgery since 2015. She resides in Fort Dodge with her boys, Ayden and Alec. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes, and spending her days outside in the sun.
