DIRECTIONS FOR THOSE FAMILIAR WITH FORT DODGE

Our office is located at Trinity Regional Medical Center in Physician’s Office Building West.  Turn into the entrance of the hospital and follow the signs to Physician’s Office Building West (third right turn).  Our office is on the first floor, down the left hallway, Suite 120 (third door on the right).

DIRECTIONS FROM EAST OF FORT DODGE

Take new Highway 20 to exit 121 (Harcourt/Humboldt) and go north (right) to the intersection of Highway 169 and Business 20.  Turn right (east) and go to the second set of stop signals.  Turn left onto the hospital grounds.  Follow the signs to Physician’s Office Building West (third right turn).  Our office is on the first floor, down the left hallway, Suite 120 (third door on the right). 

DIRECTIONS FROM NORTH OF FORT DODGE

Take Highway 169 to the intersection of Highway 169 and Business 20.  Turn left (east) and go to the second set of stop signals.  Turn left onto the hospital grounds.  Follow the signs to Physician’s Office Building West (third right turn).  Our office is on the first floor, down the left hallway, Suite 120 (third door on the right).

DIRECTIONS FROM SOUTH OF FORT DODGE

Take Highway 169 to the intersection of Highway 169 and Business 20. Turn right (east) and go to the second set of stop signals.  Turn left onto the hospital grounds.  Follow the signs to Physician’s Office Building West (third right turn).  Our office is on the first floor, down the left hallway, Suite 120 (third door on the right).

DIRECTIONS FROM WEST OF FORT DODGE

Take Highway 20 to Moorland.  Just east of Moorland take the Business 20 (D20) exit to Fort Dodge.  Proceed to the intersection of Business 20 and Highway 169.  From this intersection, continue on Business 20 to the second set of stop signals. Turn left onto the hospital grounds.  Follow the signs to Physician’s Office Building West (third right turn).  Our office is on the first floor, down the left hallway, Suite 120 (third door on the right).
