Our office is on the first floor, down the left hallway, Suite 120. You do not have to stop at the registration desk in the lobby. You will register in our office

DIRECTIONS FROM EAST OF FORT DODGE

Take New Highway 20 to Exit 121 (Harcourt/Humboldt) and go North (right) to intersection of Highway 169 & Business 20. Turn right and go to the second set of stop signals. Turn left into Trinity Regional Hospital. Take the third right turn after you are on the hospital grounds. Our building is P.O.B. West (Physicians Office Building West). Our office is down the left hallway, Suite 120. You do not have to stop at the Registration Desk in the lobby. You will register in our office.

Take Highway 169 to the intersection of Highway 169 & Business 20. Turn left and go the second set of stop signals. Turn left into Trinity Regional Hospital. DIRECTIONS FROM WEST OF FORT DODGE

Take New Highway 20 to Exit 116 ( East D-20, Moorland/Fort Dodge). Proceed to the intersection of Business 20 & 169. From this intersection, go straight to the second set of stop signals.
